Chairman of Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director

After graduating from the Kansai Gaidai University in Japan, Kanno joined the Japan Air Force and became a pilot. He later worked at BroadVision. com in Japan, a global software vendor and former NASDAQ company. At BroadVision he specialized in websites and software. Subsequently in 2009, Mr. Yamamoto founded Heartcore in order to help solve the biggest technological problems facing. Japan’s largest organizations.  With over 20 years of experience in information technology and website engineering, he developed the solutions that enterprises rely on everyday throughout their organizations. Mr. Yamamoto received the “Top 100 Tech Innovators & Influencers” Award at the InterCon Las Vegas Conference in 2021.

Chief Operating Officer and Director

Mr. Hosaka joined HeartCore in 2009 and has been the COO since 2015. He graduated from Chuo University in Tokyo with a bachelor’s degree in physics. Mr. Hosaka brings 20 years of experience in technology as an engineer and manager at All Nippon Airways Systems, Electronic Data Systems, and Heartcore.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gao has been involved in finance and accounting for a total of 16 years. He was previously a group leader in finance and accounting at Marubshi Corporation in Tokyo, Japan. He worked there for 10 years. He joined Heartcore in 2017 and has extensive experience in accounting and finance.

Chief Technical Officer

After graduating from Doshisha University, Mr. Miyata worked for a software development company, Electronic Data Systems. Mr. Miyata worked for a software development company, Electronic Data Systems and has more than 20 years of software development experience. In 2009 he joined HeartCore, where he was involved in the development of its Content Management System. He focuses on software development.

CX Division Vice President

Mr. Kuno has been playing baseball since high school, and after graduating from college, Mr. Kuno joined a professional baseball team. He then worked as an IT sales representative. He joined Heartcore in 2010 and has consistently worked in business development. He was promoted to his current position in 2020 and has helped the company by expanding revenue growth.

Chief Strategy Officer and Director

Mr. Sadasivam has served as our Chief Strategy Officer and been a member of our Board of Directors since February 1, 2023. Mr. Sadasivam is a technology entrepreneur and the founder of Sigmaways. Under his leadership, Sigmaways has grown into a global organization with a diverse team of experts in various technology fields. Mr. Sadasivam completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology in India. He has also completed Management Development for Entrepreneurs from UCLA, Anderson School of Management. He has also been official member of Forbes Technology Council since 2020.

Independent Director

Ms.Neville has been an independent member of our Board of Directors since Nov 1, 2023. Ms. Neville is currently serving as the Vice President of Global People Operations for Sony Interactive Entertainment. While in her current role she leads aspects of the People function including Talent Acquisition, Mergers and Acquisitions, Analytics, Strategy and Planning and the PMO, Ms. Neville’s direct experience reaches far beyond the HR Domain. She spent seven years with eBay in various Global Business Planning and Operations roles such as Chief of Staff and PMO Lead for eBay Payments, Business Operations for Global Expansion and North America as well as Business Operations and Planning for the StubHub subsidiary. Ms. Neville holds a Master of Business Administration from the Paris Graduate School of Management.

Director

Mr. Groenewald has been an independent member of our Board of Directors since January 24, 2022. Since January 2, 2022, Mr. Groenewald has served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Muscle Maker, Inc., a Nasdaq listed company. From September 2018 to January 2, 2022, Mr. Groenewald served as the Chief Financial Officer of Muscle Maker, Inc. From January 25, 2018 through May 29, 2018, Mr. Groenewald served as the Vice President of Finance, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Muscle Maker, Inc., Muscle Maker Development, LLC and Muscle Maker Corp., LLC. In addition, from October 2017 through May 29, 2018, he served as the controller of Muscle Maker, Inc. Mr. Groenewald is a certified public accountant with significant experience in finance and accounting. From July 2018 through August 2018, he served as senior financial reporting accountant of Wrinkle Gardner & Company, a full service tax, accounting and business consulting firm. From February 2017 to October 2017, Mr. Groenewald served as Senior Financial Accounting Consultant at Pharos Advisors, Inc. serving a broad range of industries. From November 2013 to February 2017, he served as a Senior Staff Accountant at Financial Consulting Strategies, LLC where he provided a broad range of accounting, financial reporting, and pre-auditing services to various industries. From August 2015 to December 2015, Mr. Groenewald served as a Financial Reporting Analyst at Valley National Bank. Mr. Groenewald holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of South Africa.

Director

Mr. Sato has been an independent member of our Board of Directors since September, 2023. He currently serves as the Founding and Managing Partner of GIIP Global Advisory headquartered in New York City. Since 2009 when GIIP started, he has helped Japanese businesses establish and manage their U.S. businesses through his financial literacy as an U.S. expert in the field. He also spent 9 years of his career with accounting and financial firms including PwC in Tokyo and KPMG in NYC. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Japan He holds Master of Business Administration from Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California and graduated from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo with bachelor’s degree in social science.
